Magnetic Storm is committed to the vision of transformation through BBBEE. We have strived to make efforts at ownership, management and employment equity levels, making the company a level 4 contributor to trade and industry.

Training and skills development fall high on the Magnetic Storm list of priorities. We engage in the on-going training of staff to keep up with international trends and standards. We also concentrate on efforts in the services sector through staff involvement with the Events Chapter of the Services SETA, partaking in crucial roles in skills development and adding value to the industry.

Social involvement and investment is of equal importance, as we make continuing efforts through the annual sponsorship of local theatre as well as a Schools Project which makes equipment available to schools in the Nelson Mandela Metro at no or discounted cost.
