Magnetic Storm is committed to the vision of transformation through Broad Based BEE. We strive to make efforts at employment, management and ownership equity, making the company a Level 2 contributor to trade and industry.

One of the highest priorities on Magnetic Storm’s list is training and skills development. We engage our staff in on-going training in order to keep up-to-date with international trends and standards. We also focus our efforts in the service sector through staff involvement with Events Chapter of the Services SETA – partaking in crucial roles in skills development and adding value to the industry.

The general belief is that great ideas happen when people are free to think and that creatives thrive in situations that grant permission to make mistakes. I don’t disagree with the sentiment, ?creatives like many, do thrive when uncertainty is minimised, and convention is applied responsibly,? but I do see a challenge with the word freedom.
