Standard FULL Day Conference Package
R220.00 + VAT = R250.80 per person per day includes:
Arrival: Tea / Coffee
Mid-Morning: Tea / Coffee / Scones or Muffins
Lunch: Catered Lunch
Afternoon: Tea / Coffee / Biscuits
Fresh Juice: Optional extra @ R13.00 + VAT per person (served with lunch)
Cold drinks: Optional extra - Cost based on consumption on the day (served with lunch)
Or R12.00 + VAT per can
Venue:
Pre-assembly & conference room are included in the package rate.
The following will be supplied:
- Full day venue hire (08h00 – 17h00)
- Filtered Jug water with ice and glasses
- Cordials
- Mints
- Conference notepads
- Pens
Equipment:
Standard conference package includes the following equipment:
- Screen
- Data Projector
- 1 x Flipchart (including paper & pens)
- Laptop Audio
- Handheld Microphone and PA system
Extras Available:
On request and charged based on requirements:
- Video Conferencing
- Additional radio microphone
NB: A minimum charge of R3 000.00 + VAT = R3 420.00 will apply for bookings of
less than 15 delegates.

R180.00 + VAT per person per day includes:

Any breakages or damages will be charged for at replacement value
